Started with a quick phone call with a recruiter, asking me a couple questions about why I was interested and questions about my resume. After that we setup a 4 hour virtual tour + interview day. The tour wasn't really a tour but more so a slide deck describing the operation. It was very informative and gave you a good idea of how the company operates and a description of all the different departments. Next I had 3x 45 minute interviews with middle/senior management. I found these to be very conversational and non-structured. Overall interview process was great, people were friendly and recruiting team was very attentive of my needs.
I received a call and later an offer letter within 1-2 weeks. The pay was very good for the industry, however the job itself wasn't very interesting to me. People at the company seem to be aware of the negative reviews it gets and seem to be moving in the right direction. The way the company is set up, screams chaos with the management/individual contributor distinction. I was definitely apprehensive about the reviews.
