Starts out with 2 phone screens, just be prepared with questions. For the in persosn I thought the interview process was good, and I prepped for it and read a lot of glassdoor research. I also had an informational interview with a person who worked there. You start out with a tour and they expect you to ask questions. They also have what I think of as pop quizzes on the tour where you have to think on your feet. After the tour I had two interviews and a lunch "interview" where it's less formal, but two on one. They ask a lot of behavioral questions in the sit down interviews. Then for the lunch interview it's less formal and they want to "get to know you." Then an interview with HR. They provide you with background about your interviewer beforehand which I liked, take care of all your transportation and accommodations and provide a good interview experience.
