Metromile Marketing Channel Manager interview questions

I had a really nice 30 minute discussion with the recruiter. She told me that she would submit my information to the hiring manager and thought that we had a good conversation, as did I. There was no follow-up, and when I inquired about the status of things, there was no response. If this is how they treat their candidates, then I am guessing that this is their culture.
