Metromile Senior Software Developer interview questions

One of the best interview experiences I had! Recruiters were very friendly and extremely responsive. All the interviewers right from phone round to onsite (including the call with CTO) were very jovial and they knew what they were asking. Interviews were of pretty good standard. Not too easy nor stupid hard. They ask you medium - hard DS&A problems, similar to other tech firms. Since I was non local, I had to fly in and Metromile arranged all the logistics (flights, hotels, etc.) Best part about the entire process was how the interviewers genuinely work with you in solving a problem instead of just throwing a trick question at you and staying silent for the entire interview - exactly how a tech interview is supposed to be. This helps you understand your potential teammates as-well. Once you clear the phone and onsite, you get talk to their CTO as-well who also seemed very humble and honest. Overall a very good experience and seems like a very good place to work for - with good people and interesting technical challenges to solve!
