Metromile Software Engineering Manager interview questions

I’ve applied through the LinkedIn. HR reached out to me via email and scheduled 30 Min call. HR explained about the company and roles & responsibilities. After the HR call, Scheduled 1hour call with the Hiring Manager. Hiring manager deep dive into my experience and people management skills. Hiring manager mentioned you will receive update on next steps in 1-2 business days. There is no response from HR until 2 days , i tried to reach out to them multiple days. There is no single response from HR on sharing the status. After 8 business days , I’ve received automated email saying they are moving forward with the other candidates. Suggestion: Please engage with the Interviewee and share updates regularly.
