First round with a MDP associate, may ask you some basic leetcode and programming knowledge. Mostly behavioral questions. Only round with good experience. Then there's this meaningless but long and exhausting final round consisted with four 30 minute interviews.
Apparently all four had the same question list because I be answering the same questions in all four interviews. Until this point I still don't understand what's the point of having four separate yet same interviews. Interviewers are also unprofessional and uninterested, they didn't want to be there from the beginning and it's not what you saying that's making them bored, you can tell that they are somehow pissed the moment they joined the room.
Second part is group study. For tech track it's a coding challenge. You separate into groups, code with other people and present your result. Challenge is easy, but obviously they prefer Java or C++. If you use JS or Python then good luck. Get ready to sit there and hear other people bs for three straight hours.
Only fun part was to see people trying hard and fighting for attention. It's also fun to pretend that you're listening to other groups shtty presentation whereas in fact deep down you know you don't gaf.
Overall the entire final round is a waste of your time. Be prepared to waste ~5 hours in total.
Keep in mind this is a rotational program, you will still have to go through the entire interview process to 'rotate'. And since this a rotational program the pay is insultingly low. If you're a CS/STEM student don't bother, unless you really need a job. Go find a better job if possible, you deserve it.
