3. Product Interview - Behavioral and product-focused questions around problem-solving, product thinking, cross-functional work, and customer understanding.
4. Engineering Lead Interview - Discussion around collaboration with engineering, building roadmaps, prioritization, and high-level product architecture. Included a “build a product” style question.
5. Engineering Deep-Dive Interview - Focused on engineering concepts, technical trade-offs, and depth of technical experience (not fully hands-on coding, but ability to understand technical concepts).
6. Skip-Level Manager Interview - Conversation about long-term goals, alignment with team and company mission, leadership style, and cultural fit.
