Call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, followed by a battery of behavioral and case-based interviews with different members of the team. The case interviews include a data analysis one (reading graphs and charts), a product sense one (how to improve an issue with a hypothetical app), and a product strategy/guidance one (real world example at Motive). It was a typical Silicon Valley product manager set of interviews, which are difficult if you're not practiced in them and have "framework thinking."
My experience was positive. I received quick replies from the recruiter. Everyone I interviewed with was on-time, professional and polite.
That said, the people I interviewed with weren't exactly "friendly"---they're polite and honest, but also brisk and efficient. I got the sense that this is a heads-down work culture and it's also highly distributed across multiple timezones.
