Motive Senior Software Engineer interview questions

HR first moved the intro call to a different day, and then ghosted me by not attending the meeting and ignoring emails. Highly unprofessional behaviour displayed by the hiring team.

It was a horrible Experience to say the least! I applied to this job and the first interview with Engineering Manager went quite good. My second interview was with engineering team and the time for the interview was 90 minutes but recruiters took 2 hours and 10 minutes. It was a panel interview of 3 engineers who as per their 'no of years' had more experience than me but they didn't know anything about the tech they were interviewing me for. Got to solve two problems and I was able to finish both in 30 minutes. Then they proceeded with Javascript questions which went really really good. After that, they asked alot of questions related to CSS. After that, they start React Interview and at which point I realised that these engineers didn't know a thing about React (Experienced in Angular). I have tons of experience in backend using Javascript so I was able to answer all the questions they asked about Javascript but still I received an email that they will not be proceeding further.
