Motive Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was really bad. They asked the question and the panel was using the phone continuously. He was not interested in what I was saying. This displayed complete disrespect. He was quite senior, but his attitude was completely negative. By seeing this, I did not feel like going with this company. So, I choose not to answer the questions and somehow end the conversation.

Recruiter reached via Linkedin, 1. had a phone screening with the recruiter for about 15 minutes 2. online coding session for about 1 hour with one rude engineer Write a program that do "Goat Latin" with a lot of follow questions about that like what happens for capital letters and so on .. i've never seen the question before but it was easy to do, and clearly that "rude engineer" had a set of expectations that he had to see (like finished all the follow up question since i think i ran out of time, the vibes i got were if you didn't finish my list of questions in the given time, you are out of the equation :) :) 3. rejection email with no feedback Personally I've had very tense vibes and negative experience from the interview :thumbs down
