National Life Group interview questions

The interview process was fairly lengthy about 8 weeks from application to hire date. The interview process was very pleasant, my only complaint is that I interviewed for an entry level position because I was looking to transition out of my current field of work and into life insurance. The hiring recruiter called me and literally said " I wanted to schedule an interview with you, but now that I'm looking at your resume, you seem over qualified and I don't think you would be interested in the position" My mouth dropped , I had never had a recruiter discourage me from applying for a job. That just made me want the job even more, after 3 rounds of phone and inperson interviews, I was continuously asked if I was "still interested in the job" of course I am! that's why I keep showing up for the interviews. I'm about 3 weeks into the job and I love it! That recruiter could have missed out on some good talent if it wasn't for my persistence.

The interview process very organized and professional. I was especially impressed and found very helpful the feedback. That is unusual these days and I think speaks to my overall feeling of National Life, which I found to have a good, small company feel but also possess an energy about the possibilities in the future.
