I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nationwide (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
Interviewed at NSHMBA, the interview process is very quick - one 5 minute interview at the booth, one 40 minute interview if selected. The interview was behavioral, and the questions were around project risks and issue management. What qualities do you like in people etc
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are important qualities in a Project manager?
I interviewed at Nationwide (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
Great interview process meeting different team members. I got selected via a graduate scheme which involved several tests prior to interviews and then an individual interview with a group assessment centre virtually. Really great process with interesting insights and feedback along the way
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the assessment centres they gave you tasks to see how you would work with your team members
Introductions and then boring behavioral questions of “tell me a time”. Behavior questions have their merit, but asking a seasoned professional to “explain a time” type of questions is just insulting. Here’s and idea… discuss the role and strategies. Answering obtuse questions is not what professional managers/ leadership roles need to practice. Obviously our credentials speak for themselves. Boring interview with unengaged “leaders” as they called themselves.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nationwide (Houston, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
Had a behavioral Interview that was scheduled at a conference recently. The interviewer herself was a Senior project manager. Pretty straightforward questions. They didn't reach out to me afterwards so I'm assuming I didn't get it.
