NetSuite interview questions

Initial phone screen with the recruiter. Why should we hire you? Explain the past experiences. Why NetSuite? Provided fair bit of detail about the company and clarified the salary range upfront to check the expectations. Very nice person, straightforward and knowledgeable. Next was another phone interview with the Practice Manager located in Ca. Again, very knowledgeable person. Explained about the company and the position in very detail. Inquired about the past PM experiences. Industry knowledge, process expertise and multiple projects handling. Went well. Was asked to wait for the response from the team. Next was an interview with a senior implementation consultant. Was a bit technical and behavioral interview. Lots of scenarios and my response. Detailed ERP Project Management methodology discussion. Again went well. Was again asked to wait for the teams response. And then never heard back ....

NetSuite is a total mess in the hiring department! I have gotten emails and messages through LinkedIn from their recriters saying they want to talk to me and then when I replied, got nothing back. This happened twice over the course of a year. Then two different recruiters contacted me about the same job earlier this year, not knowing what the other was doing. Then one of them asked me to send a detailed email saying how much experience I had in certain areas so they could recommend me to the hiring manager, but never spoke to me in person! Then they again went silent on both roles. Then an outside recruiter contacted me about a job that was actually on hold! And, later I got an email from one of the recruiters that I think was for someone else about a role that they went dark on, saying that they liked me and thanked me for my patience. I've spoken to someone on the phone once during all of this and then never heard from them again. Very disorganized and frankly, rude.
