Pearson Business Development interview questions

I was contacted by the first recruiter and was told I would be sent benefit information to review over the weekend. I was also scheduled to meet with my potential supervisor the next week. I accepted the invite but when I logged in, the interviewer was a no show. I reached out to the recruiter I spoke with three times over the course of a week with no response. This took ghosting to the next level. I always heard great reviews about this company and was so excited. How does someone not show up to an interview?
