We had role play interview. Then an interview with two member's. Very easy process. Then they take you on a tour of the facility so you can listen to agents take calls.

Online interview, very straightforward and friendly . Done via Microsoft teams. Fairly easy interview but it was specific to the job role that I had experience in. Got the offer within 6 hours
