The extensive interview process involved interactions with various members of the Executive Leadership Team, some of whom displayed impressive talent and expertise. However, not all executives left me equally impressed. Surprisingly, despite my qualifications and extensive experience, they chose not to extend an offer. I found it challenging to comprehend their rationale for not hiring well-qualified individuals to enhance the company's performance. The HR Directors, while decent, appeared to have a close-knit group dynamic, which might have influenced their decision not to hire a male boss. While it's their prerogative, I believe the company made a regrettable choice, and I am glad for not being part of their bias group.
