PointClickCare Project Manager interview questions

A series of interviews (8 in total ) with a number of people in various roles in the company. Outside of the screening interviews with HR, the interviews were not overly structured (more conversation based).

Interview Process took a long time. I applied in May and did not hear anything back until the end of June. Did my first interview with a recruiter and about a week later did a second interview with a hiring manager. I was told there could possibly be a third interview with the VP of the department after the second round of interviews were complete. I finally got an offer about two weeks later and did not have to have the third interview.
