I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2019
Interview
An employee from Qualtrics reached out to me and so we had a meeting and she put my application forward (she was very nice and helpful) However, it went downhill from here:
-I had a phone interview the next week with the recruiter which was straightforward enough.
- I had another phone interview the following week (the interviewer was unprepared and it was a very awkward interview where it felt like I had to ask all the questions) I felt this interview was a waste of both of our time and that the interviewer was counting down the minutes till it was over!
-I had an onsite interview but this was changed last minute to a Skype interview. This was an incredibly strange interview where I was asked a list of standardised questions and the interviewer would type down my answers so they could be rated after the interview. The interviewer was slow at doing this and so there were long gaps of silence throughout. A very impersonal encounter and not very pleasant for either parties involved!
-I then made it to the next stage which comprised of 3 interviews in a row. These were standard enough however I felt like I was just repeating myself in each interview as they all asked similar questions and so it was a very draining process.
After having encountered 6 different employees and investing a large amount of time in preparing for all 6 interviews, they got back to me via email the following week to say they were not going forward with my application. I was very disappointed that the company had strung me along for weeks and weeks especially after them reaching out to me, and so asked for feedback. I did not receive a reply which really shows what kind of company it is where it clearly has no regard for candidates!
In hindsight, this is a blessing in disguise as I spotted many red flags throughout my encounter with the company:
1. A very tedious recruitment process with unprepared interviewers. From reading other reviews it really seems like they place more attention on recruiting talent as opposed to retaining it which explains their extremely high turnover
2. Inexperienced sales managers who seemed overwhelmed with their workload
3. A very cramped office where it seems employees are nearly sitting on top of each other. It seemed like the company was unable to effectively cope with how fast it is growing and to be honest it just seemed chaotic!
4. All of the interviews focus on how good Qualtrics are but once you do a bit of research it becomes apparent that they are struggling in the EU market as the product/marketing has not been adapted for this region.
To conclude, I really would not waste my time with this interview process as there are many other companies out there who have far more straightforward recruiting processes and are
far more respectful of candidates.

Question 1
When were you most mentally challenged in the last month?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process with Qualtrics was extremely organized and well put-together. Every team member I spoke to was extremely positive and open. I think anyone who is interested in technology sales should check this company out. There was a 5 step hiring process: 1. 30 min phone screen 2. 45 min interview with a sales manager 3. 45 min interview with a sales manager 4. 30 min TACOS interview with an SDR 5. 45 min interview with a sales manager After completing the process I was informed 24 hours later that I would not receive an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What does Qualtrics do? What are the benefits of buying a house vs renting? What are your three highest academic achievements? Tell me a time you competed and ranked amongst others. What was the result? Tell me a time when you experienced exceptional customer service. What was your GPA? Did you receive any scholarships? What other companies have you applied to? Why Qualtrics?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics in Sep 2022
Interview
Very good and quick application process with an initial interview with the recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. Next interview (incl. assignment) was scheduled but cancelled last minute as the position was no longer offered for the proposed location. Disappointing, as I had already prepared the presentation and invested a lot of time.
