      Talent Acquisition Interview

      Sep 1, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Qualtrics

      Interview

All they cared about was whether I would indulge their elitist old-school Google practices that even Google has trashed. They were all about ivy league grads and didn't think deeply about quality. I would rather work for a company that's not "white dude mentality" so I pulled myself out of the process. I'm shocked by how deep their ignorance is about diversity and privilege. What a shame for a company that could be successful if they just hired correctly, Awful strategy that is basically suicidal.

      Question 1

Basically a bunch of stuff around if I'd seek out their definition of top talent, which was all about pedigree and not talent. I went to a "top university" myself so I know that's superficial. If you want to pass through because you need a step in, talk about honing into the most "elite" populations.
