Qualtrics Team Manager, Customer Success interview questions

A first call was scheduled with the recruiter. Nobody showed up, nor replied to email. A week after I decide to follow up, I finally got an answer like nothing happened. The recruiter finally show up to the call, without even remembering a call was scheduled 2 weeks prior to do this. 3 weeks process for nothing. If the profile is not a fit, just say it at start, to not waste your time, and applicant's time.
