Interview
I applied online and was contacted the next day by their senior Australian talent acquisition (TA) agent for a screening call. I then interviewed with the hiring manager that same week and then met with Qualtrics’ pre-sales solutions manager the week after. I was impressed by the quality of people in the interview process, namely their internal TA agent who was always timely in her calls and was positive & transparent throughout the process. She did her best despite her heavy workload to keep me updated on the interview process status &/or next steps, which at the moment is a skill that most TA agents & managers do not practice in Australia. I am overall very happy to have interviewed with the Qualtrics team -- a very professional, focused & driven team to drive growth and are straight forward in their approach & comfortable to talk with.
