I have to share my experience, cause I had not been treated like this in an interview for a long time.
Was contacted through LinkedIn and got invited to participate in their recruitment process, which was a nightmare.
6 rounds counting the HR round. 4 technical plus 1 with a manager.
The 4 technical rounds were 2-2 the same thing. But the point is, that it was extremely stressful and I genuinely disliked every bit of it. The company comes to candidates and puts them under horrid pressure straight, cause they look for the "cream of the crop" while their solutions are stuck in the past, big time.
"Start on the minute, tell me who are you, code code code, you have 5 more minutes for questions and It's gone! Thank you! Bye!" and 1 minute later joining the next interview, after an hour of coding to do 1 hour of architecture design, and again the same...
I did not feel like being treated like a human being even, I had to code and design like a machine, counting every minute.
They went with the FAANG style interview (creepy algorithms), while they are obviously not a FAANG company.
