I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
A recruiter reached out to schedule a screen phone call. Most of my questions about the role could not be answered by the recruiter and would need to be answered by the hiring manager if I made it through to the second round. All availability was scheduled using an online platform, which created difficulty for me as I had planned vacation and couldn't book interviews too far out in the future without getting a second recruiter involved. For my hiring manager interview, the interviewer was 5 minutes late and I felt like they were not fully prepared to interview me. I felt that I had to lead my own interview and didn't get asked as many questions as I would have expected from someone who would be directly managing me. Took almost a full week to get a rejection and received absolutely no feedback.
If I moved forward, the last round would involve breakout interviews, group portfolio presentation, and a whiteboarding design exercise.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The entire process takes 3 weeks. HR person is nice and responses very quick. They asked a lot of behavioral questions on 1:1 interviews but not hard. They don't share reasons for rejections due to company's policy.
