REI Senior Manager, Campaigns interview questions

Spoke with recruiter over Teams (video off) and was told the process was talking to her, meeting with the hiring manager, then a panel. After the recruiter screen I spoke with the hiring manager and our conversation went well. She said I had one weakness but it was small in terms of what she was looking for in a candidate and said my experience was aligned. Then, nothing. Ghosted. I followed up with both the recruiter and the hiring manager and they both ignored me. Completely unprofessional and I’m glad I dodged that bullet; who uses Teams anyway?
