REI Warehouse Associate interview questions

I went in in the evening and was greeted by security at the gate intercom and then at the front desk. The interviewers were in the room and one came out to greet me. we all sat down and they asked me to tell them about myself. Then they proceeded to ask questions about how I would act as a future employee. we were able to intertwine some fun conversationsa baout exploring the outdoors and the true mission of REI as an Outdoor Sports and Rec company.

It was a smooth process. Didn't bombard you with everything under the sun. Was looking for employees to place in the correct dept. You were interviewed by 2 different supervisor's from 2 different departments. They didn't pressure you during the whole process. I think that it went well. They were professional.
