Regus Community Manager interview questions

Interviewed with two different people for a job with Regus . Every aspect of the interview process was beyond irresponsible on their end. Neither managers communicated with each other or myself in regards to next steps & follow ups . I went through three interviews to be told there would be a decision made within a couple days . 13 days later & after three separate inquiries , I was told in a text that they went another direction. Horrible communication skills , lying , avoidance & disregard for my time . Im glad I was not offered a job, because of the abysmal & long drawn out interviewing process. Based on my personal experience with trying to onboard with Regus , I would sell cardboard shapes on a street corner.. rather than be involved with these hacks . Regus runs a bankruptcy scam on it’s buildings via creating a LLC out of every location they manage. Everything is a kick up to the shadow corporation & it is a perform or die on the vine from corporate. There is little support from the shadow & at the slightest downturn in sales or market, you & your building are toast . The shadow goes on to survive through bankruptcy courts & you the worker are thrown out with little to no support from on high . As mentioned above , the two people I dealt with in a 6 week interview process were extremely negligent in their duties. Stay far away … and Im extremely happy that I dodged a bullet by not being hired by Regus .
