I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ReliaQuest in Jan 2019
Interview
Interview process was very long, but enjoyable. The process was comprised of six stages/interviews if you count the first phone call an interview. After the initial call, I was brought on site at ReliaQuest. The on-site visit consisted of an interview with the recruiter and tour of the office. The next stage was a technical interview with two members of the analytics team. The next interview was with upper level management and the point of this interview was to see if my values aligned with the company's values. After this, I was asked to complete a personality assessment. There were also a few logic questions on the assessment. Lastly, I was brought in for my final interview to speak with the COO and another analyst from the team. I thoroughly enjoyed the process. Even though the process was lengthy, I think they did their due diligence to make sure it was a right fit.
