I received an email immediately after applying requesting a phone screening. They couldn’t schedule me for almost a week even though I gave full availability. After the call I received an email saying they were further along with other candidates.

Four rounds: phone screening, video interview, on-site, and presentation. The on-site interview felt unorganized and the two employees chatting with me shared that it was thrown on their schedule last minute. I felt that they were judging me more than interviewing me.

The interview was very surface level. The recruiter asked basic interview questions but seemed to be going through the motions. When asked specific questions about the role she didn’t seem to know enough about it to answer it clearly.
