Riverside Community Hospital interview questions

The process involved a panel review, depending on which unit you are interested in. Calls were based on the prior hiring event where the applicant chose which he or she wanted to be at. Questions involved mainly general questions (Why do you want to be a nurse?) and some clinical questions (If the nurse manager asked you take another patient when you already have 4, what would you do?). Hiring managers were nice and attentive.

very organized and no scenario based question. There were over 300 applicants trying to get into New grad program. I am still waiting for their call. I heard their pay is very good and organized program.
