RoadRunner Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

I received an email from a recruiter at RoadRunner Recycling and that piqued my interest. I looked into the SDR role and decided to apply. The next day I was in contact with a recruiter and moving along in the hiring process. He had me take an assessment and I was set up for an interview. I did the interview and was informed later that day that I had the job.

It was an in-depth interview process. All stages of interviewing probably added up to about 2 hours. There was a virtual aspect where they asked different personality questions and had you solve different puzzles. That was my least favorite part of the interview process, but it was alright. If you pass that they bring you to the next step.
