Your feedback is important to us at it allows us to continue enhancing our hiring processes and maintaining our focus on candidate (and future employee) experience. Our interview process is set to ensure we hire people with the right fit from a variety of perspectives. As you experienced, this typically involves a skills test/case study - when assessing the test results, we evaluate the thought behind a solution in terms of complexity as well as technical fit for the team we’re hiring for, compared to all the other candidates in that round. For a number of reasons, as with any role, it may be decided that a candidate is not the best fit for the role. We will always endeavor to communicate this clearly back to the candidate in a timely manner so please accept our apologies if you felt this was not the case.
