10min phone call with boss over the summer 2019. Was hired on the spot and asked about my schedule/how many hours I wanted to work. She gave me a day and I started working within 2 weeks.

They ask basic work experience questions, basic problem solving questions, they confirm your availability and let you know you’ll receive an email/ phone call with start date and so on
