Very lax and easygoing interview. Talked about basically anything you’d expect in an entry level retail store in the interview. If you’re looking for ease, this is the job for you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my background and my education and experience. Just a very basic interview
The Ross cashier interview is brief and straightforward, focusing on customer service, handling busy environments, basic math, availability, and reliability. It often includes situational questions and may be followed by a quick hiring decision.
They ask basic work experience questions, basic problem solving questions, they confirm your availability and let you know you’ll receive an email/ phone call with start date and so on
Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
