You apply, receive an assessment invitation link, it is long, it consists of a job simulation where you take 3 calls, based on what the audio is saying you choose the "best response" and have to document it afterwards. Then personality tests, like 7 times, the same questions asked over and over again in a different way, some just straight out repeat themselves. Then be ready for a "fast track interview" in which you go their building, they make you sit and listen to a presentation in which an employee describe the same stuff you know from the job description like the pay, schedule, hours, ect. They lead you to a room in which there are 13 tables with one or 2 people, in which table they give you 90 seconds to answer the interview question. The question could require more time for you to answer or be answered in a lesser timeframe, but that doesn't matter to them, you have to stretch it or shorten it to 90 seconds to please them. They do all the fake pleasantry asking you how are you doing, have you ever been in an interview like this, smiling at you to then mock you right after you leave. The candidates rotate tables in the same order, so you always follow the same person, after the person in front of me finished and was her time to sit down, they would ask me for a minute before sitting to evaluate the last candidate, I heard two employees poking fun and bullying that previous candidate because of her answer, her accent and how nervous she was, they were commenting on her outfit and the fact that she was trembling, not very professional if you ask me. Their process is unnecessarily long. They also invite way too many candidates to this fast track interviews. There was a group of at least 20 people leaving when I got there, like 18 in mine, and I saw like another 15 people when I left. They don't do a good job of narrowing down the candidates, and that leaves both the company and the candidates wasting time. They make you go through that long process, including the interviews, to then tell you your qualifications weren't enough when they reject you. Why not disqualify me right away after viewing my resume?. By their hiring process you can tell they don't run things efficiently, it gives you a pretty good idea of how going into the company could be.
