Interview
The interview was very low key. Typical questions. Scenario questions (which were very weird in my opinion). They called me 3 weeks after the interview and made an appointment for another interview. The interview was exactly the same. Same stupid scenario questions. I got hired a week later.

Question 1
"If someone bought a cake, what are some things that you would recommend them to buy?"
I had NO idea what they meant. The only thing I could think about was how the question made no sense to me. Literally a 30 second pause of me filling the silence with "hmm" and "um". Very embarrassing. They had to tell me the answer.

Interview
Easy, 30 min process going over the jobs they have open. They then ask you simple questions like why do you want to work here, what are some problems you overcame with a team. They ask standard questions as well such as age and legal status.
The interview process was pretty simple. I got a call for an interview and went in the next day and met with one of the store supervisors. It was a basic interview with mainly behavioral questions.
It was generally easy to get through this interview. The interviewer was very nice, asked appropriate questions, and explained what the job would entail to a high degree of accuracy. Also gave valuable advice on what to do if I received the job.
