Just asked a few basic questions. Asked my job experience. Went over my resume. Talked about dealing with angry customers. She offered me the job on the spot and I took a drug test. It was the mouth swap test.

got phone call day after applying online. set up in person interview. asked easy questions for 20 minutes. told me they like me, but were still looking at other candidates would give me an answer within 48 hours

Easy over the phone interview and then went in for an person interview. They contacted me not long after the interview to share the results. I accepted the job they offered,
Long wait. Was just like any other interview process. Was upstairs. Had a second interview at some point when I was called back training and everything needed to be knowledgeable was available. New hire packet is a long read
