It was an interview with the manager. He asked to talk about my work history. Then he went on to asking about my work life and school life balance and if I am able to handle it.

Easy, 30 min process going over the jobs they have open. They then ask you simple questions like why do you want to work here, what are some problems you overcame with a team. They ask standard questions as well such as age and legal status.
The interview process was pretty simple. I got a call for an interview and went in the next day and met with one of the store supervisors. It was a basic interview with mainly behavioral questions.
It was generally easy to get through this interview. The interviewer was very nice, asked appropriate questions, and explained what the job would entail to a high degree of accuracy. Also gave valuable advice on what to do if I received the job.
