It is a very casual process. I was surprised with an interview upon filling out a resume. Drug test by mouth device are given. After getting the job a long tedious process of online training is given which typically last a full day or is broken up into multiple days.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
