Probably the most simple and pain free interview that you will ever have, but it can depend on the person who is interviewing you. I got interviewed by the store manager and he just asked a few questions on my application (I didn't give a resume). Questions ranged from, why safeway, what kind of hours you looking for, can you handle interacting with hundreds of people a day.
Some friends were interviewed by a supervisor who gave a personality test.
good and like any other interview but i went during a job fair so it was easier i brought all my docs and then they called me back nice summer job for teen

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
