The interview process was very straightforward, and the recruiter was fantastic, transparent, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. I started with an initial screening, then met with the hiring manager and another manager on the team, followed by two conversations with leadership at the VP level to ensure strong mutual alignment on both role expectations and culture.
What really stood out was how conversational and engaging each interview felt. It never came across as overly formal or transactional, which made the experience feel much more authentic and reflective of the team dynamic.
The process also moved quickly (about three weeks from initial screening to offer), but expectations were clearly set from the beginning, so everything felt well-organized and intentional.
The offer itself was competitive and fully aligned with what was discussed early on, which reinforced the overall positive experience. Overall, one of the more seamless and enjoyable interview processes I’ve gone through.
