I saw their posting on LinkedIn and applied for the position. I received a reply within an hour of applying from the head of customer success/experience. We exchanged e-mails then scheduled an in-person interview a week later. On the day of the interview, I met with both their support team lead and their head for about 40 minutes. It was a very pleasant interview where they wanted to make sure I can do the job, be a cultural fit, and most importantly, understand what they're trying to do for the community of mental health professionals. After the interview, they gave me a short tour of their cool office space. A few days after the interview, I had a follow-up phone interview from the support team lead involving skills and some scenario questions. I received an offer that same week, and of course, I took it!
