The best culture

Pros

I have never felt like I belonged more at a company! I enjoy working with my team, the department I am in, and my direct manager. People are valued and rewarded for the contribution no matter what their background is, cultural or professional career. There is a unique and distinct culture that has been grown here- team members uplift each other and there is no corporate climbing backstabbing that is so common in other companies.

Cons

As with many successful companies, there is a shift towards investor and shareholder interest rather than employee and user satisfaction. We don't need to succumb to the capitalist end fate of many other companies- we are and have been profitable for a long time.

Pros

Remote work, pay is decent

Cons

Ironically, not a good place for your mental health. Toxic culture and the PE firm that bought the company is looking to pinch pennies wherever they can. My mental health improved so much after leaving this company.
