We are putting in a lot of time and effort to learn how AI can support our teammates in the work we do. AI is the next technological revolution, and we want to be leaders in ethical usage to help our teammates grow in their careers and help our customers run their mental healthcare practices. We are genuinely committed to listening to feedback, but we’re sorry to hear you didn’t experience that. We review feedback on and ongoing basis to identify trends and common themes. This allows us to make informed decisions that we believe are in the best interest of the team, our customers, and the long-term health of the business. Easy, remote job with great benefits.

Cons

Poor management all the way around. Since this was a start-up, it felt like no one ever got trained properly, so everyone has a different answer to everything.
