Today is World Mental Health Day — a day dedicated to honoring the work being done globally in support of mental health. At SimplePractice, many of our customers are therapists, so mental health is at the center of what our team members work on every day. Our mission is to improve access to quality care by equipping health and wellness professionals with the tools they need to thrive. But as a mission-driven company, we need to take care of ourselves before we can effectively help others. Here are a few of the ways SimplePractice supports our team members’ well being: -For us, yesterday was a day off. In addition to company holidays and Flexible Time Off, we have a couple of Wellbeing Days each year so we can regularly recharge. -For the last two years, we’ve had the last full week of December off so we can spend that time with family and friends. -We have great wellness resources like Modern Health. Team members and our dependents can practice meditation and take advantage of eight free therapy and eight free certified coaching sessions. -As part of our culture, We Come As We Are.
