State Farm Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Starts with a phone interview, then an in person interview. The recruiter was very nice and offered me the position on the spot. Be aware only some recruiters have that ability, you may not receive a job offer right there, but that does not mean you didn't get the job.

I submitted my application through the SF careers website and received an email the following day explaining their interest. Within three days I was sent and took the employment testing online. The following day I received an email from a recruiter explaining that they would like to set up an interview. I was contacted the next day over the phone to set up the interview time. The interview was five days later. Overall, the process was very quick and enjoyable. It began with the interviewer explaining details of the position and she then stated that she would like to get to know a bit about me and the interview began. The phone call lasted 25 minutes total and I was offered the position at the conclusion of the interview. The interviewer then went in to more detail about the hours, pay, benefits, etc. Several hours later, I was emailed the details and information about the drug and background check.
