Stericycle interview questions

The interview process at Stericycle was smooth, well-organized, and thoughtfully planned. Every associate I interacted with was helpful, professional, and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. I appreciated how clearly they communicated each stage of the process and provided timely updates so I always knew where I stood. Overall, it was an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.

The interview process was quick. I received a text from a recruiter to schedule the initial interview within a couple of days of applying. She had a lot of flexibility. The initial interview was done via Microsoft Teams and lasted an hour. The recruiter was very warm and easy to talk with. Once the initial interview is complete, you'll move on to a second, on-site interview. Again, the second interview lasted about an hour. The interviewer was also very welcoming and thorough with the job expectations. Overall, a very easy process!
