Support.com Remote Service Technician interview questions

They will send you an email giving you a few days to schedule a phone interview...The interview was easy, and you basically just have to answer a few questions about how you would be able to help a customer over the phone. They do a few role playing scenarios. Overall it was a bit uncomfortable at first (It was my first phone interview, so that could be part of it), but it was more comfortable after a few minutes. I did not think I did very good but apparently I did because about 2 days later I got a call with a job offer.

I received an email telling me that I had passed their quiz, so they wanted to schedule an interview. I was asked for my availability for the next three days. After sending that, I was scheduled for an interview and was told to be in front of the computer that I would use for work. I spoke with one of their recruiters. It was a pleasant process. The recruiter was nice and we talked and laughed about a few things. I was asked how I would handle certain situations (irate customers, etc) and was asked a couple of simple tech questions related to wireless networking. I was asked to run a program that would pull up my system specifications and take a screenshot. I was also asked to run a speed test and take a screenshot and email to them. Later that same day, I received another call from the recruiter offering me the position. She went over the training schedule options and allowed me to choose which one I wanted (same start date, three different start times). She also went over the pay, time off and what type of paperwork to expect. Not much later I received an onboarding email with some paperwork that I filled out and sent back. That was the entire interview process.
