I have no IT call center experience, but decided to take a technical skills test and passed. I then received an email notifying me that I was then able to schedule a telephone interview. I scheduled the interview for the 11th and was notified through email that my interview would be on the 5th. I received my phone call on time, and was asked questions relayed by a quiet, mono toned interviewer, seemingly attempting to sound professional. He through out a few different scenarios that were all similar in context and asked that I explain how I would handle each scenario. The fact the he was extremely quiet the entire time made the process very uncomfortable. When I would complete my reply to a question, he would just sit there. I was asked about when I could start and told that I would have to have complete open availability, which I complied with. He stated that he would pass me on to HR and if they wished to hire me, I would receive a phone call, I never did.
