Synchrony Bpo Voice Process interview questions

The interview process was very long.. at least a 100 people came in that day in a tiny consultancy office and it took me almost the entire day.. i arrived at 10am and left at 5pm just for 3 rounds of interview..and in the last round i felt mislead because during the previous 2 rounds i was told its strictly day shift and non voice process but during the Ops round where they brief you about your job role they mentioned that it can be graveyard shift also and that i was selected for voice process so i was a little disappointed.. either way, i said yes for the job, I'll update further on how the work culture is
