Synchrony Business Leadership Program interview questions

Met Synchrony recruiters through university-held career fair and applied through university recruiting website. Was chosen for a first-round interview on campus a couple of weeks later. Found out I got a second-round onsite interview about a week later, which was a 2-day event at the Alpharetta, GA office. The onsite event consisted of a dinner the night before, company info presentations and 2 back-to-back one-on-one interviews. Overall, I would describe the interview process as very structured--each interview involved a different set packet of behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...") but conversational at the same time. All the Synchrony recruiters were friendly, and the company info presentation was very interesting and covered a lot.

I had an on campus interview which went well. 3 weeks later I was told that I had 48 hours to get to Atlanta, GA for the second rounds. I am a student at a school in the NE so this was very challenging. The interview process was extremely unfair and biased.
